Login no longer required

With mom's permission, I removed the requirement to log in to read this page. Now if we want to let anybody else read the page, we just give then the address http://jonesix.blogspot.com and they should be able to go to it (but we will still have to log in to post).  I can add new contributors if you send a message to me at russ.jones@ieee.org.
